Privacy Policy

This notice describes how personal data is processed on the CiergeOS website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

HighTech S.a.s., Corso Garibaldi 177, 80070 Monte di Procida (NA), Italy, is the data controller for the CiergeOS website. For privacy-related requests, users may contact info@htsolution.it and dpo@hightechsas.it.

2. Categories of data processed

The website processes only the data necessary to provide its services. This may include technical browsing data such as IP address, device, browser and server logs, plus data voluntarily provided by the user through contact forms, including name, email address, phone number and message content.

If the user clicks on “Talk to Cierge” and starts a phone call, the phone number used for the call may be acquired to manage the request and schedule contact with a consultant. If the user uses the contact form, the email address and any other information entered in the form will be processed to answer the request.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed to ensure proper website operation, protect infrastructure security, prevent abuse or unauthorized access, and respond to requests sent through forms or calls initiated by the user.

4. Analytics and tracking

The site uses Matomo for anonymous analytics with cookies disabled. Only aggregated technical data such as visited pages, browser information, device type and URL are collected, and they are sent to analytics.hightechsas.it for statistical and service improvement purposes. No profiling cookies are used.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest for website security and operation, and on pre-contractual measures or the user’s consent for requests sent through contact forms or voluntarily initiated phone interactions.

6. Processing methods

Data is processed using electronic and telematic tools with appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction or unlawful use.

7. Data retention

Technical browsing data is retained for the time strictly necessary to ensure website security and service continuity. Contact or support data is retained for the time required to handle the request and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations.

8. Virtual assistance service

The website may integrate a virtual assistance service named Cierge. When a user starts a call or submits a message to Cierge, all communications may be recorded and processed to ensure proper handling of the interaction, provide support and organize follow-up with a consultant. During the conversation, the user may be asked to provide personal data such as first name, last name, email or phone number, and the phone number may be collected simply because the user requested access to the service. These data are used only to respond to the request, qualify the context and coordinate follow-up with a consultant or operator.

9. Data sharing

Personal data is not disclosed publicly. It may be processed by technical providers involved in hosting, maintenance, communications or support services, appointed where necessary as processors under Article 28 GDPR.

10. User rights

Users may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, by contacting the controller using the contact details above.
